How much does an exhibition stand cost?
As of 2026: shell scheme and rental stands run roughly €60–150 per m², modular systems €150–280, maxima systems €180–320, and fully custom builds €350–700 per m². The exact figure depends on design, materials, technology and venue — see our cost guide.
Is the 3D design free?
Yes. Concept design and a reasonable number of revisions are part of the quoting process; production and payment only start once you approve the design.
How far in advance should I book?
Ideally 8–12 weeks before the fair — comfortable time for design, revisions, production and venue approvals. Tighter timelines are possible with expedited production.
What does turnkey include?
3D design, fabrication, transport, on-site installation, flooring, lighting, furniture, technical support during the show and dismantling afterwards. Floor space rental, power connection fees and other organiser charges are excluded and clearly itemised in the quote.
Custom build or modular — which should I choose?
For maximum brand impact at one flagship show, choose a custom build; if you exhibit several times a year, a reusable modular or maxima system wins on total cost. Most corporate clients run a hybrid: custom at the flagship fair, modular elsewhere.
Do you build stands outside Turkey?
Yes. We produce in Istanbul and install with our own crews across Germany, Italy, France, Spain, the UAE and beyond — ATA carnet, customs and logistics fully managed by us.
