Identity (name), contact (email, phone), customer transaction (company, fair and project details) and enquiry content submitted through our forms are processed on the legal bases of 'performance of a contract' and 'legitimate interest' (KVKK art. 5/2(c) and (f); GDPR art. 6/1(b) and (f)).

Your data is used strictly for preparing quotes, conducting communication, delivering services, meeting legal obligations and improving service quality.

Data may be shared only to the extent required with hosting, email and form-storage providers, and with competent authorities where legally required. Cross-border transfers comply with KVKK art. 9.

Data is retained for the period required by the processing purposes and statutory retention rules, protected by appropriate technical and organisational measures.

You may learn whether your data is processed, request information, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request erasure or destruction, object to results produced by automated analysis, and claim compensation for damages.
