Medical & Healthcare Exhibition Stands
Medical stands with clinical-grade surfaces, certified materials and rooms where confidential conversations can actually close.
At a medical fair the stand is the first evidence for your product's quality claim: if the device is certified, the surfaces around it have to speak the same language. In practice that means three things. First, clinical purity: seamless, matte, fingerprint-resistant surfaces and not one visible cable. Second, certification: venues require B1-class fire ratings for stand materials, and the inspection happens during the build. Third, privacy — medical selling doesn't happen in the aisle, it happens in a room with a door that shuts.
On Meditra Sağlık's stand at MEDICA Düsseldorf we built 54 m² on exactly those three: every surface seamless and matte, every material B1-certified, two closed meeting rooms set into the body of the stand. Producing in Turkey and installing in Düsseldorf came in around 38% below a local contractor.
Looking white, empty and expensive
The aesthetic of a medical stand is not a preference, it is an extension of a claim. Here, looking good means not looking crowded: few devices, generous space, one message and no visible cabling. Visitors read a seam in your surface or a cable duct on the floor as information about the device — unfair, but true.
On the Meditra project what delivered that was workmanship, not material: panels were calibrated in the factory and shipped to Düsseldorf ready for seamless assembly, with all services run under the floor. That level is only reachable in our own production, where we control the process end to end.
Certification and privacy: two quiet conditions
European venues inspect stand materials. Timber, fabric, carpet and printed graphics need B1-class fire certification, and anything uncertified comes off the stand during the build — with no time left to replace it. Material selection here is a compliance decision before it is a design one.
The second condition is privacy. Medical conversations cover price, regulatory status and distribution, and none of that happens at an open table. Two closed rooms fit into 54 m² — provided the rooms are placed at the centre of the plan rather than in whatever space the display leaves over.
Install in Europe, build in Turkey
At European fairs like MEDICA the largest cost variable is not the stand — it is where the stand is made. A bespoke build in Western Europe sits at €500–1,500 per m²; the same quality produced in Istanbul lands at €350–700. Freight narrows that gap, it does not close it.
On the Meditra stand the difference worked out at around 38%: production in Istanbul, installation in Düsseldorf, freight and customs with our exhibition logistics team. The one condition is the calendar — overseas fairs need 8–12 weeks of lead time.

Frequently Asked Questions
What documentation do my stand materials need?
Most European venues require B1-class fire certification for timber, fabric, carpet and printed graphics. The inspection happens during the build, so we specify certified material from the outset and bring the certificate file to site.
How many closed meeting rooms fit into 54 m²?
Two, comfortably. The constraint isn't floor area — it's placing the rooms at the centre of the plan. A room built into whatever the display leaves over ends up both small and not actually quiet.
Is producing in Turkey and installing in Europe really cheaper?
Yes. Bespoke work that costs €500–1,500 per m² in Western Europe lands at €350–700 when produced in Istanbul. On the Meditra stand the difference was around 38%, freight and customs included.
Do you provide infrastructure for device demos?
Yes. Uninterrupted power, water and waste where required, a platform sized to device weight and a careful freight plan all go into the design. Just share weight and power figures at quotation stage.
