Anatolia Foods — Gulfood Dubai Stand

At Gulfood, buyers come to taste: a working kitchen, refrigerated display and heavy hospitality traffic had to be planned together under DWTC's strict hygiene and electrical regulations.

Exhibiting every year, the brand could not justify single-use builds — it needed a system that could be stored and refreshed annually in Dubai.

We engineered a hybrid core: timber facade elements on a maxima skeleton. The tasting kitchen integrated extraction and built-in refrigeration to DWTC approval.

After each show the stand is stored at our partner warehouse in Dubai and rebuilt yearly with refreshed graphics. By year three, total cost ran 45% below three separate custom builds.
