Country Pavilions & National Participation

Multi-exhibitor national pavilions that give every participant presence under one strong country identity.

Country pavilions are flagship projects where export associations, ministries and sector bodies present dozens of companies under one national identity. A successful pavilion balances the shared country brand with each exhibitor's individual visibility.

Fuar Yapım delivers national participation projects turnkey — from the pavilion master plan to each participant's booth, info desks, meeting lounges and hospitality areas.

Master plan and shared identity

Pavilion design starts with one architectural language for the entire footprint: a unifying facade, wayfinding, national identity elements and meeting points that make the pavilion legible from across the hall.

Each participating company receives a fair, functional space to display products, hold meetings and show its own brand — with neutrality and balance preserved throughout the design.

One contractor, complete operation

National participations mean coordinating dozens of exhibitor requirements, organiser regulations and deadlines at once. We take the project on as a single point of responsibility — production, logistics, installation and on-site support included.

For pavilions abroad we manage customs, ATA carnets and venue approvals (structural, electrical, rigging) directly with the organiser, so participants focus only on the fair itself.

Frequently Asked Questions

What pavilion sizes do you handle?

Everything from compact 5–10 company national participations to large country pavilions hosting 60+ exhibitors.

How early should a pavilion project start?

Because participant lists and organiser approvals take time, the ideal start is 4–6 months before the fair.

Can individual exhibitor requests be accommodated?

Yes — display, graphics and furniture are tailored per company while the shared identity is preserved, all coordinated through one channel.

Who handles customs for pavilions abroad?

We do, end to end: ATA carnet, customs clearance, in-hall delivery and return logistics after the show.
