Fair logistics is not standard freight: delivery windows are measured in hours, in-hall handling is rule-bound, and international moves run under temporary export regimes. One delay puts the whole show at risk.
We deliver your stand and exhibits to your hall — insured, correctly documented and precisely on schedule — within Turkey and internationally.
International fair freight
For European and Gulf shows we plan groupage or dedicated trucks, prepare ATA carnets and temporary export documents, and manage customs end to end.
Road delivery from Turkey to Central European venues typically takes 4–7 days; we synchronise the schedule with your build-up plan.
In-hall operations
Arrival is planned together with loading-dock slots, forklift/crane bookings and empty-case storage. Exhibits reach your stand in coordination with the installation crew.
After the show the operation runs in reverse — packing, case return, loading and the journey home, all under one plan.
