Istanbul Expo Center (İFM / CNR Expo) sits in Yeşilköy right beside the airport and is known for modern hall heights and rigging infrastructure. WIN Eurasia (10–13 June 2026), Beauty Eurasia (2–4 September 2026) and IDEF are among the events staged there.
This page is about the venue rather than any single fair. We build at İFM regularly, producing your stand in our own Istanbul facility and installing it with our own crew. Which fairs run at İFM?
The venue's calendar hosts events on very different scales. WIN Eurasia runs 10–13 June 2026 across 6 halls and roughly 55,000 m² — Eurasia's largest gathering for manufacturing technology, covered in detail on our WIN Eurasia stand page. Beauty Eurasia follows on 2–4 September 2026 as a B2B fair built around cosmetics exports.
The defence industry fair IDEF is also held here. The visitor profiles and stand requirements across these three could not be more different: a WIN Eurasia stand running heavy machinery and a boutique-staged Beauty Eurasia stand go up in the same venue on entirely different engineering decisions.
What İFM's build-up conditions mean for exhibitors
The venue's hall heights and rigging infrastructure meet modern standards, opening room for double-deck stands, suspended brand elements and overhead lighting. But rigging and mezzanine work require separate approval and structural documentation; submissions are due 4–6 weeks before the fair and cannot wait for build-up week.
The Yeşilköy location puts the venue close to the airport — a practical plus for incoming buyer delegations. Against that, the build-up window is tight at busy editions and night shifts need planning: dock slots, forklifts and power connection appointments are booked days in advance. Timeline and budget
Whichever İFM fair you join, the countdown is the same: contractor selected 12 weeks out, design approved 8–10 weeks out, venue approvals submitted 4–6 weeks out, artwork delivered 2–3 weeks out. The June and September editions are the venue's busiest, and production capacity fills early in those months.
