WIN Eurasia runs 10–13 June 2026 at Istanbul Expo Center (İFM) across 6 halls and roughly 55,000 m². It is Eurasia's largest gathering for manufacturing technology, automation, metalworking and materials handling — and with its heavy international buyer traffic, one of the year's most critical showcases for Turkish manufacturers.
Most stands here run live machinery, which puts power infrastructure, structural calculations and İFM's approval process at the centre of the project. We build at WIN Eurasia every edition, producing your stand in our own Istanbul facility and installing it with our own crew.
Building at İFM: what to know
İFM's hall heights and rigging infrastructure meet modern standards, but at busy editions like WIN Eurasia the build-up window is tight and night shifts need planning. Dock slots, forklifts and power connection appointments are booked days in advance.
The Yeşilköy location puts the venue close to the airport, which helps international buyers — though on build-up days the surrounding traffic dictates delivery timing. More detail in our Istanbul Expo Center guide.
What a WIN Eurasia stand has to get right
This fair's visitor is a technical buyer: they want to see the machine running, ask for numbers, and sit down. So the stand must do three jobs at once — display, demo and quiet conversation. Putting all three in one undivided volume weakens all three.
Vibration-isolated platforms, three-phase power and concealed cabling are planned from the first sketch for heavy machinery. Our sector approach is on the machinery & industry page.
Count backwards from the date
WIN Eurasia falls in June — the sector's busiest production season — and workshop capacity fills early. The ideal countdown: contractor selected 12 weeks out, design approved 8–10 weeks out, venue approvals submitted 4–6 weeks out, artwork delivered 2–3 weeks out.

Frequently Asked Questions
When and where is WIN Eurasia 2026?
10–13 June 2026 at Istanbul Expo Center (İFM, Yeşilköy), across 6 halls and roughly 55,000 m². Confirm final details with the organiser's official announcement.
When should I book my WIN Eurasia stand?
Ideally 8–12 weeks before. June is peak season and production capacity fills early; projects with mezzanines or heavy machinery should start sooner.
Can I build a double-deck stand at İFM?
Yes, where hall height and organiser rules allow. It requires structural drawings and additional approval, submitted 4–6 weeks before the fair — we handle that for you.
Can you store my stand for the next WIN Eurasia?
Yes. We dismantle and store it, then rebuild with refreshed graphics at the next edition — a model that cuts total cost significantly.
