In Dubai one date governs everything: the day the container clears the port. Combined sea and road freight takes 3–5 weeks, so the stand has to be built and packed well before the fair. A February show means production finishing in November or December.

On-site build conditions, material fire certificates and electrical approvals are set by the organiser and the venue; we confirm the current rule set each edition and handle the submissions. Our installation crew travels with the stand — the process is described on our stand installation page.

At a food fair the decision is made at the moment of tasting. So the stand is built around a kitchen that can serve the product and a cold display that shows it at the right temperature. Both are planned from the first sketch — they cannot be added later. Water, drainage, ventilation and electrical load all follow directly from those choices.

Gulfood is a recurring fair, and for repeat exhibitors the biggest saving comes from not shipping the stand home.
