Challenge
In home textiles, buyers decide by touch. The stand had to make hundreds of fabrics touchable without collapsing into bazaar clutter.
The brand was also exhibiting at Ambiente right after Heimtextil — with one budget targeted for both shows.
Solution
Fabrics became architecture through rotating panel systems and ceiling-to-floor 'fabric waterfalls'. Collection hierarchy was built with light: hero pieces under spots, archive in drawers.
Between shows the stand waited in storage near Frankfurt, then rebuilt at Ambiente with swapped graphics and heroes. The second show cost a third of the first.
