WIN Eurasia Exhibitor Guide

By uniting the disciplines of manufacturing technology under one roof, WIN Eurasia is the year's busiest commercial meeting for machinery builders, automation providers and industrial component brands. The visitor profile — plant managers, production engineers and procurement teams — means the person walking onto your stand is usually a decision-maker or direct influencer.

The fair's international reach is strong too: for buyers from Europe, the Middle East, North Africa and Central Asia, Istanbul acts as a regional bridge for manufacturing technology sourcing. Your stand should therefore carry export-oriented messaging and multilingual materials.

The Istanbul Expo Center in Yeşilköy offers 6 halls and 55,000 m² of exhibition space, with easy access thanks to its proximity to the airport and metro. Because WIN Eurasia structures its halls by discipline, being in the right hall is the precondition for catching the right visitor traffic.

At an industrial fair, the stand's first job is to show the product running: live demo areas, power and compressed air infrastructure, safety barriers and acoustic management belong at the core of the design. Heavy machinery adds floor loading and forklift access to the brief; crane-installed products dictate the build sequence.

The second job is making technical depth visible: cutaway models, screens explaining operating principles and demo stations where engineers can ask questions build trust with technical buyers. For the tall walls and wide spans this requires, maxima systems or custom stands are the natural fit.

At 2026 indicative rates: modular stands run €150–280 per m², maxima systems €180–320 and custom wooden builds €350–700 per m². Live demo infrastructure, heavy-product podiums and LED wall integration are the main budget drivers.

For brands exhibiting at several industrial fairs a year, a hybrid strategy pays: a custom build at the flagship show like WIN Eurasia and a modular kit carrying the same visual language elsewhere. Keeping the stand structure in storage between shows cuts annual total cost significantly.

With the fair running 10–13 June 2026: sign the builder contract by late March or early April (8–12 weeks out), complete briefing and 3D design within April (1–2 weeks), run production through May (2–4 weeks), close İFM technical approvals by mid-May (3–6 weeks before the fair) and install in the allocated build-up days.
